Elder Robert Minor

Elder Robert Minor was born on March 3, 1967 to the late Brother Robert Prince and Mother Priscilla Lash in Bronx, New York. At the tender of age of 12 he accepted Jesus the Christ as his Lord and personal Saviour. Evidence of his salvation came a year later when he received the gift of the Holy Ghost.

He was a member of St. Peter's World Outreach Center (SPWOC) where he was a faithful steward under Bishop J.C.

While at SPWOC, Elder Minor served as a Youth Leader, taught Pre/Post Encounter courses, and completed School of Leaders 1, 2, and 3.

Elder Minor was destined for ministry from birth and has constantly served under the influence of Godly men.

During the summer of 2006, Minster Minor accepted his call into ministry. On March 4, 2007 Elder Robert Minor delivered his initial sermon and was licensed therein. Truly God's presence and purpose was manifest in this awesome worship service.

Elder Minor worked for the City of Winston-Salem for 18.5 years before resigning to pursue the call for today's troubled youth. For four years Elder Minor, as an entrepreneur, held the position of C.E.O. of Corbin House. Corbin House provided residential services, mentorship, behavioral interventions and spiritual guidance to assist male youth with confidence building, goal-setting, and developing values and skills needed to create and maintain a physically and spiritually healthy life style.

In March 2012, God directed Elder Robert Minor to establish a church much like the Call of Abraham in Genesis

12: 1-3 "The Lord had said to Abram, "Go from your country, your people and your father's household to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing." On August 11, 2013 Elder Minor was installed as Pastor of Firm Foundation Outreach Ministries. To God Be The Glory!

Elder Robert Minor, in finding his good thing, is married to Lady Donna

H. Minor; they have four children, Johnta, Donice, Marquell, and Stephen Minor.

Elder Robert Minor is well known for uniting passion with knowledge when ministering the Word of God.

Lady Donna H. Minor is a graduate of King's College in Charlotte, NC.

She worked as an Administrator in the field of Mental Health. 

Donna has performed in the several musicals including "Glory of Gospel" by the NC Black Repertory Company. 

She is currently the Worship Leader for Firm Foundation Outreach Ministries. Lady Minor is a true worshipper that believes in loving people where they are!
